What you’ll learn

Build the coordination behind compelling doubles flow

Train clean patterns first, then connect them with control and creativity.

Caterina breaks complex two-hoop skills into repeatable steps so each hand learns its role and your movements feel less tangled and more intentional.

Create dependable weave patterns

Build forward and reverse two- and three-beat weaves, crossers, windmills, grip changes, and turns with cleaner planes.

Control each hoop independently

Develop hand rolls, reels, wraps, isolations, extensions, and split-time timing so both hoops stay purposeful.

Turn technique into personal flow

Explore iso flowers, thread-the-needle variations, in-spins, anti-spins, Ocho grips, and CAPS—then connect them in your own combinations.
