Course FAQ

Questions before you begin?

Everything you need to know before you refresh your flow.

Who is Refresh Your Flow for?

This course is for hoopers who are comfortable with foundational moves and want to expand into intermediate and advanced variations, connected combinations, and a more personal style of flow.

What should I know before I begin?

You’ll get a quick refresher, but you should already have some experience with foundational moves such as waist hooping, isolations, weaves, tosses, escalators, jump-throughs, shoulder or knee hooping, and chest or back rolls. You do not need every move to feel perfect.

What kind of hoop do I need?

Use the hoop you already practice comfortably with. A responsive dance hoop with enough grip for on-body work, rolls, tosses, wedgies, and transitions is a good fit; your preferred size and material may vary by move.

When can I start, and how do I access the course?

You can begin as soon as you enroll and work through the course at your own pace from your Podia account. Course videos may also be downloaded for your personal use.

Is the $55 price a one-time payment?

Yes. Refresh Your Flow is a one-time $55 purchase, not a subscription.

Can I use my phone, tablet, or computer?

Yes. You can access the course in a web browser on a phone, tablet, or computer. A larger screen may make detailed movement instruction easier to follow.

What if the course isn’t right for me?

Email michele@autumnflow.com within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are handled according to the Autumn Flow Terms of Service.
